Community Partnerships

Partner With Hope Drives

Churches, social workers, shelters, and community organizations can refer people in need of reliable transportation, or build an ongoing partnership to serve your community alongside us.

Our Network

Who We Partner With

We are looking for the people you already know are close. Not someone who needs everything fixed, but someone who has the job, has the housing, and is doing the work, where an unreliable car is the one thing that keeps putting it all at risk. If you can point to that person, we want to hear from you.

Churches

Congregations are usually the first to know when a working family is one breakdown away from losing ground. Refer the members you already walk with, and we will take it from there.

Social Workers & Case Managers

If you have a client who has landed the job and secured the housing and still cannot get to work reliably, that is exactly who we are built for.

Transitional & Supportive Housing

When someone has moved into stable housing and started working, a car is often the last thing standing between them and independence.

Workforce & Job Placement Programs

Your graduates finished the training and got hired. Refer the ones whose only remaining barrier is the commute.

Dealerships & Repair Shops

Fleet turnover, trade-ins that won’t move, bay time on a slow Tuesday. What’s marginal to a dealership is transformational to a family. We partner with dealers and independent shops on vehicle sourcing, discounted repairs, and inspection support.

The Process

How Referrals Work

A simple, dignified process from referral to keys in hand.

01

Step 01

You Submit a Referral

Fill out the referral form below with your client's info and their transportation need, with their consent.

02

Step 02

We Contact the Client

Our team reaches out directly to learn more about their situation and confirm eligibility.

03

Step 03

Client Completes Application

The client fills out our full application and participates in a faith-based mentoring orientation with one of our church partners.

04

Step 04

Vehicle & Ongoing Support

If approved, they receive a vehicle along with maintenance education and continued mentoring support.

Refer Someone in Need

Please ensure you have your client's consent before submitting their information.

Most of the people we serve are referred by someone who already knows them: a pastor, a caseworker, a shelter director. If that's you, this form takes three minutes.
